Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including the original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories.

Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Exchanges

You may exchange your watch for the same model (in case of defects) or another model of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).

Refunds
