Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Starkiee, we take pride in delivering premium timepieces. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including the original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories.

  • Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.

  • You may exchange your watch for the same model (in case of defects) or another model of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.

  • Customized or engraved watches.

  • Watches damaged due to misuse, water exposure beyond rated resistance, or accidental damage.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective watch, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
